Essential Guide to Maintaining Your Laser Marking Machine
First, the maintenance skills of the galvanometer. Keep away from strong magnetic, strong electric, and strong tremor items, and avoid touching the galvanometer with your hands and items. If the lens is dusty, you can clean it with a cloth and a small amount of alcohol, and wipe it in one direction.
Second, the maintenance of the laser. Clean the dust regularly, blow it in the direction of the air duct with an air gun, and clean the relevant circuit boards at the same time.
Third, check whether the grounding of the equipment is secure and the power cord and plug are complete to avoid leakage accidents.
Fourth, add lubricating oil to moving parts such as lifting machinery and guide rails once a month. Check the fan of the device regularly.
Fifth, check whether the software settings have changed before use, and whether the function buttons and indicators are normal.
Sixth, use a clean rag to clean the surface of the workbench, display, and keyboard after use, and clean up the trash in time, especially metal residue or metal powder after marking.
Seventh, please turn off the laser power before shutting down the marking software, otherwise the life of the laser will be damaged.
Eighth, replace the circulating water and clean the water tank: clean it once a week and replace the water inside. The circulating water inside is too long for the machine. The quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use purified water or distilled water And control the water temperature below 35 °C.
