Elevate Your Expertise with BECKER’s Expert Vacuum Pump Training

We know that knowledge would keep us informed. Only by continuous learning, can we have the chance to be more professional to solve customer’s problems as soon as possible, or can we make creative ideals to produce more advanced CNC Router Machine, or can we use one component for a further long time, etc.

With this purpose, we invited BECKER company to provide training for us on Dec. 13^th. BECKER was founded in Germany in 1885, and this enterprise was engaged in pumps. The pump can be divided into three categories, which including vacuum pump, pressure pump and pressure/ vacuum pumps. The most point is that the core components are imported directly from Germany.  The products were widely used into various industries, and its user are all over the world. On the other hand, BECKER is one of the typical pumps that was used in CNC Router Machines.

The professor was very humorous, and all of us were deeply attracted by his presentation. We asked lot of questions and put some doubts in the process of learning, and he explained carefully! To be honest, we obtained a lot through this training. Now, we would like to share with you.

1. Advantage of BECKER PumpKVT3.140

• Dry; oil-free operation; carbon plate lubrication.
• The flow (suction) is described as 140 cubic meters per hour, please note that the pump will reach its marked suction. In some case, we know that some producers have something wrong in descriptions. Actually the pump fails to reach the marked flow (suction). So when we decide to purchase a set of CNC Router Machine, and this is also what we should take into account.

2.Voltage of BECKER Pump

• 50HZ, 230/400±5%
• Different voltage with different wiring. If your voltage is 220V, 3 phases, 50Hz, and it can also be used. However, it should be noted that the connection mode of the vacuum pump is not the same. Whether it is the Y connection or the delta connection, and it must according to your situation.
• The instruction would send to your hand. And you should follow the manual instructions, to avoid improper wiring or burning out the motor.

3.Precaution of application

• Noise will be generated during the use of the vacuum pump, so we should open the lid and inspect the carbon sheet from time to time. If there are a lot of debris, we can clean it with an air gun. Besides, it is a normal phenomenon for wearing.
