Thanks our client from Colombia for choosing Blue Elephant CNC Machinery. The client uses machines to process furniture, made of wood and MDF.
We confirmed that the customer needs to process many sizes of boards, and after asking, we learned that the largest size is 1800mm*2500mm, unconventionally. But we accept customizing the size of the machine, so the final confirmed size of the machine is 1800mm*2500mm.
The customer needs to carve on the material, because it needs to process the material for a long time and move very little, using vacuum table will increase the loss of the machine, so we recommended the machine to use T-Slot table and use the fixture to fix the plate.

The customer said the size of the machine is too big and worried about the transportation, we showed the packing picture of the machine and the unpacking video of the customer receiving the machine. We will use a frame at the bottom of the wooden box to facilitate forklift movement during transportation.
