Setting Zero Point and Operating DSP B58: A Step‑by‑Step Guide
The steps are as follows.
The first part is setting of workpiece zero point.
1.Move tool
2.When the tool is near workpiece,press”MODE”button,change “ContinueMode” to “StepMode”.
3.The Z axis will move step by step.
4.Now the tool has touched workpiece,PRESS “X/Y→0”, please notice the coordinate
5.PRESS “Z/C→0”, choose “clear Z”,please notice the coordinate
The second part is file selection and working
1.Press”Z+”,raise tool.
2.Press”FILE”,choose “Internal File” For example,we select the file named “SONIC.TXT”,press “RUN/PAUSE/DELETE”button,
3.Enter”start speed setting”interface The “Y+(F+%)”and”Y+(F-%)” button is for adjusting “Feed Speed”.
