EvoDeco Single‑Spindle Turning Machine & Complete Tornos/Almac CNC Suite
The EvoDeco single-spindle turning machine offers fully synchronous drives with acceleration/deceleration to reduce cycle times for parts that require a lot of stopping. The machine can be used with or without a guide bush. The company also offers Almac milling machines and Esco by Tornos coil-fed turning machine lines. The complete Tornos/Almac product range includes horizontal milling machines with three or more axes, vertical milling machines, high speed machining centers and drilling machines. Esco by Tornos turning centers accept coil stock in addition to barstock ranging to 12 mm in diameter. According to the company, coil stock requires less floor space and eliminates downtime caused by barstock change-over. It is also said to produce less scrap than barstock for parts in the Esco range. In Esco by Tornos machines, the cutting tools (mounted onto the spinning tool head) rotate around the material.
