Today, we want to share you some interesting stories and beautiful images which was occurred and taken on the technical supports way to Indonesia. Besides, we want to say that we have our own after-sales service department, and we have more than 30 engineers standby to provide services after-sales, which including the remote service for all of you.

This customer bought a set of ATC CNC Machine from us. The working area of machine is 1500*3000mm. And there are two kind of tool magazine for him to select, and he was prefer to linear type. All the specification of machine were made and produced according to our customer’s requirements. Please notice that all machines are allowed to be customized. So you can also do like our customer.

As the date we discussed and arranged, the machine was shipped to the hand of our customer. Meanwhile, we got invitation from our customer. So our engineer Gary was arranged to there for technical supports.

This machine was designed with Taiwan SYNTEC control system. And it’s not difficult for us to learn and operate. Of course, Gary showed them about using that. And Gary taught them step by step. Besides, Gary did some calibration to the machine. As you can see from the below, the machine worked very well to process raw material.

When Gary left our customer’s factory, they took some photos together. They told us that they were satisfied with our machine and our service. Although, we have no idea of Gary’s next trip, he will start recently. Maybe he will go to your country to providing technical supports.
