Adding products to the cart

Shop at your own pace: add each item you need, then review your cart before checkout.

1. Open the product page by clicking on the item.
   
2. Click Add to Cart or Download.
   
3. If a pop‑up appears, simply close it; the item is already saved in your cart.
   

Ask a question about products

• If you need clarification, click Ask a Question on the product page.

Checkout for free DXF files

1. After adding all desired items, view your cart in the top‑right corner.
   
2. A pop‑up will display your selected products.
   
3. If your cart contains only free files (Subtotal $0.00), simply click Checkout or PayPal—no payment will be processed.
   
4. Fill in the required customer information.
   
5. Click Continue to Shipping Method (shipping is free for digital products).
   
6. Click Continue to Payment Method.
   
7. You will see a message: Your order is free. No payment is required. Click Complete order.
   
8. On the Thank You page, your order number and download links are displayed.
   
9. We will also email you a confirmation with a direct link to your downloads. If you don’t see it, check spam or junk folders.

Tip: Add Admin@dxfforcnc.com to your Safe Sender List to avoid missing our emails.

Using a discount code with our premium products

1. After selecting your premium items, review the cart in the top‑right corner.
   
2. Check the pop‑up for product details.
   
3. Choose your payment method: PayPal or Checkout for card payment.
   
4. Complete the customer information form.
   
5. Enter your discount code, click Apply, and watch the subtotal adjust.
6. Click Continue to Shipping Method (shipping is free).
   
7. Proceed to Payment Method.
   
8. After payment, you’ll reach the Thank You page with download links.
   
9. We’ll send a confirmation email with a link to view your order and downloads. Check spam if needed.

How to open a .zip compressed file

Downloaded files may be a single .dxf or a .zip containing multiple DXF files. To extract a ZIP, right‑click the file and choose Extract, then select a destination folder. If your order includes multiple products, download and extract each ZIP separately.
