Grizzly G0768 Variable-Speed Lathe – Precision Left-Hand Thread Cutting

Grizzly’s Model G0768 variable-speed lathe offers two ranges: a low range from 50 to 1,000 rpm and a high range from 100 to 2,000 rpm. The lathe features a 0.787" spindle bore and MT#3 taper. It is powered by a 600-W (3/4-hp), 110-V single-phase 10A motor. The distance between centers measures 15 34", and swing over the bed is 814".The lathe is capable of cutting inch threads ranging from 6 to 44 TPI and metric threads from 0.4 to 3.0 mm, and it is equipped with reverse feed for cutting left-hand threads.

Standard equipment includes a 4" three-jaw chuck with two sets of jaws; a 4" four-jaw chuck with reversible jaws; a 6 34" faceplate; steady and follow rests; and a four-way turret toolpost.
