Linde HPR‑02 Hydraulic Pump – Cost‑Effective High‑Pressure, High‑Flow Power
The Linde HPR-02 is a new low cost, high flow hydraulic pump that has been designed to handle high pressure and high flow at a very competitive price. It is designed to be mounted on the back of your vehicle and powered by a PTO shaft or engine driven belt drive. This pump is designed for use in farming, construction, forestry, industrial and other applications where high flow and high pressure is required.
The pump head is made from cast iron with an aluminium top cover. The valve plate is made from stainless steel with a hardened steel seat ring, while the piston and valve stem are nickel plated cast iron. All seals are made from viton rubber for excellent sealing characteristics in all environments. The piston rod has two O-rings at each end to prevent leakage past the piston rod seal into the pump cylinder.
The Linde HPR-02 Hydraulic Pump is a high performance, variable displacement axial piston pump.
The Linde HPR-02 Hydraulic Pump is a high performance, variable displacement axial piston pump. The pump is designed for use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems where high flow rates, high pressure and long service life are required. The HPR-02 series features a compact design with an integral motor for mounting directly on the pump with no external controller required.
The HPR-02 series is available in nine models ranging from 0.3 to 3 horsepower (0.22 to 2.2 kW). The units feature a wide range of displacement options from 0.61 to 1.0 cubic inches per revolution (1 to 4 litres per revolution). This wide range of displacements allows the Linde HPR-02 pump to be used in applications ranging from low pressure hydraulic systems up through high pressure pneumatic systems.
The Linde HPR-02 series features standard shafts with ball bearings for use in non-lubricated applications and stainless steel shafts with needle roller bearings for use in lubricated environments. The units are also available with variable speed drives or built-in motors that allow control using either analog, PWM or digital signals depending on your specific application requirements.
