MC Machinery Launches Southeast Technology Center in Concord, NC
Metalworking and metal fabrication machine manufacturer MC Machinery has opened a new technology center in Concord, North Carolina.
The facility will provide MC Machinery customers throughout the region with local access to direct sales, service, application and training support, while also serving as office space for service and applications employees.
The 16,000-square-foot facility includes a 13,500-square-foot showroom displaying the company’s range of manufacturing solutions, including Mitsubishi EDM and laser, milling, press brake and more; a training area for on-site and virtual training; and a demo area for on-site and virtual demos.
“The new technology center will support customers and dealers in the southeast U.S., including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia,” says Bill Isaac, MC Machinery’s vice president of Sales and Marketing. “It also will be the home base for service technicians in that region.”
Jeff Grim, MC Machinery’s Southeast regional sales manager in EDM, will manage the center alongside Adam McCullough, the company’s Southeast regional sales manager for laser, press brake and automation.
MC Machinery’s dealers in the southeast region include BluTec Machinery in Hickory, North Carolina; Demmler Machinery in Cuddy, West Virginia; Cimarron Industrial Sales Inc. in Benton, Tennessee; and Milam Machinery in Rome, Georgia.
MC Machinery is planning a grand opening event in 2021, but has already begun scheduling on-site press brake demos by appointment via its website.
MC Machinery’s corporate headquarters is in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Concord, North Carolina technology center joins those in Cypress, California; Pine Brook, New Jersey; Dallas, Texas; Querétaro, Mexico; and Richmond Hill in Ontario, Canada.
