Precision Automated Technology Celebrates 25 Years of Innovation and Global Impact

North Salt Lake, UT— February 14, 2019:

Precision Automated Technology, Inc. (PAT) has reached a milestone this month, celebrating 25 years of business.  The company has grown from the dreams of founder/Chairman, Pat Johnson, to a company with equipment installations throughout the United States, Europe and China.  To celebrate, Precision will be conducting several events at its Utah facility to celebrate its success. “It gives me great pride in joining PAT employees, customers, and business partners in celebrating the company’s 25th anniversary.  We have come a long way since the business started in 1994.  We are very excited about our future as the company continues to thrive in this very tight labor market, helping our customers automate their facilities in creative and innovative ways,” said Johnson when discussing this milestone. PAT began by engineering and building automation solutions for the food and snack industry.  Since that time the company has gained presence as a solutions provider in several different industries including automotive, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, textiles and general manufacturing.  Currently it is a systems integrator for FANUC, ABB, Epson and Yaskawa robots and was recognized for “System of the Year” by FANUC Robotics.   “PAT has experienced exceptional growth and development over the years,” said company President/CEO James Wendler.  “Moving forward, our focus will remain on offering customizable solutions that solve our customer’s automation challenges.  Over the past twenty-five years, PAT has been successful at evolving and changing to stay ahead of our competitors and has positioned itself in the most competitive way possible,” added Wendler. Ryan Park, PAT’s first employee and current VP of Sales and Marketing explains; “PAT works collaboratively with its customers to assess their automation needs and leverage the solution in an efficient and effective manner that solves its customer’s challenges.  We work in a partnership as we build a long-term relationship as opposed to a one-time sale.”  The company’s most recent success was the installation of a breakfast sandwich assembly line for a large food producer where the return on capital was measured in months and not years. PAT’s team consists of experienced engineers and fabrication/installation experts who deliver solutions on-time and on-budget.
