DVIRC 2019 Year in Review: Delivering Measurable Success for Clients

We measure our success by the success of our clients. Our clients continue working with us because our only focus is on creating positive results. When our clients report positive impacts to their business as a result of our engagements, we know we’ve done our job. To monitor our own performance, an independent market research and data collection firm surveys our clients. As part of their independent review of our operations, they call upon our clients approximately 12 months after their engagements with us in order to determine the impact of our services on their businesses.
