HPC-2000: Premium High‑Pressure Coolant System for CNC Swiss Lathes

At Absolute Machine Tools, we manufacture our own line of high pressure coolant systems to help our customers decrease costs and increase productivity. The HPC-2000 is our largest standardized unit using only oil based coolant. It is ideal for CNC Swiss lathe machine tool applications.

The HPC-2000 offers a 6 GPM 10 HP gear pump system that is adjustable between 75-2000 PSI. It comes standard with an on-board transfer pump, 37 gallon reservoir tank, 8 port outlets, and oil chiller.

The tank design of the HPC-2000 reduces heat and foaming. It features heavy-duty steel enclosures and durable finish on the cabinet, as well as four caster wheels allow for easy mobility. Each filter has a dirty filter signal with visual indication.
