Australian Factory Owner Enhances Production with Our CNC Woodworking Machines
Recently, a new friend who comes from Australia to look for a set of woodworking CNC machine.
Let us make a brief introduction of this new customer. He has been owned a small factory for a long time. How to improve the working efficiency or accuracy of his processing is what he wants to do.
He had never touched a CNC machine before, so he chose to look at the machine and go to the factory in person. So he come to Jinan, and visited our factory. As usual, we arrange our one of our sales and our engineer for providing service for him. Firstly, we took him around our factory, and various of CNC Machine were introduced to him.
We showed him how the machine works when processing wooden materials. He observed very carefully, and took some photos occasionally.
In the process of visiting, our customer raised his doubts and questions, and Bella and Gary answered these questions patiently. The working principle of machine and how to control also introduced to him. Gary is full of experiences, so our customer found a satisfying answer from us.
