Italian Customer Trains on Linear ATC CNC Machine – Factory Visit & Demo

Recently, an Italian customer chose to visit our factory, to test the ATC woodworking machinery that he ordered and receive training. Please enjoy the following video.

This customer has his own factory which is engaged in processing the material of MDF. And he is looking for a suitable machine to improve the working efficiency of his factory. With various of reasons, he decided to contact with us and ordered a set of 2040 ATC woodworking machinery from us.

This time, he visits to see how the machine is progressing and to receive several days of training in our factory. And this is his first time for using cnc machine.

Under the accompany of our engineer and our salesman, this customer was provided for various of services. Gary showed the customer how the machine working when process the material of MDF. And Gary also introduced the knowledge of software of machine to him. This customer listened and learned very carefully, and he took some note on his own phone occasionally.

Then, this customer tried to operate the machine by himself.
