Customer demands

Our Kenyan customer has a greater demand for engraving 3D statues, so in addition to the 6-tool linear tool magazine, it also chooses a rotary device. The Z axis travel adopts 400mm, which is higher than the usual 300mm, making it suitable for engraving or carving cylindrical parts with large diameters.

This rotary axis CNC router is mainly used for relief carving, mold making, board cutting, and cylindrical items carving. So our customers can use it for both 2D and 3D engraving and carving work.

Features of this 1325ATC-R

• The automatic tool change function greatly increases work efficiency. The linear tool magazine carries 6 different tools, so it can realize six processes in one operation.
• The Leadshine hybrid servo motor has the advantages of the servo motor, but the cost is lower. It is the best choice for customers who want a servo motor but is limited by budget.
• Square rails from a Taiwan famous brand have higher precision, less wear and tear, which ensures good high working accuracy.

• It adopts a large steel tube welded bed, which can endure heavy-duty cutting and engraving work. Judging from hundred times of experiment and from our customer feedback, we can ensure that the machine bed and rotary axis won’t deform during their long-time operation.
• The 4-zone vacuum worktable can easily fix workpieces. Each of the 4 zones can be switched on independently, which helps save a lot of energy.

Except for the machine, our Kenyan customer also orders a transformer to help him regulate the voltage to fit the CNC router machine.

Packaging and loading

The 1325ATC-R CNC router has been well arranged, packed, and put in a wooden case of 2230*4080*1650mm. The “Made In China” mark that our customer asked for has also been marked on the case.
