Secured $6.5M CAD to Expand Autonomous Manufacturing Platform

We are thrilled to announce the successful close of a $6.5 million CAD seed round, enabling the expansion of our technology platform beyond painting and spray operations into machining, welding, and other value‑added processes.

The round was led by Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Export Development Canada, with additional investments from Real Ventures and a cooperative vehicle created by our employees. Their confidence in our vision for a new era of autonomous manufacturing underscores the strong market demand for our solutions.

Our OmniPainter™ and Shape‑to‑Motion™ technologies have already proven the effectiveness of autonomous industrial robots in industrial spray and coating applications. With the new capital, we will broaden the reach of these proven solutions while building the foundation for a full‑spectrum autonomous manufacturing platform that redefines value‑added, high‑mix production.

By offering a universal solution to the mass‑customization challenges that manufacturers face, we aim to fundamentally transform the industry. Our platform eliminates barriers such as skilled labor shortages, energy and environmental waste, rework, inefficiency, and the lack of automation for high‑mix production lines.

Manufacturers will be empowered to focus on design, employees can concentrate on optimizing production processes, and all stakeholders benefit from machines that need only be told WHAT to do – not HOW.
