Mar‑Bal recognizes that investing in tomorrow’s workforce is essential for sustainable growth. By forging strategic partnerships with leading universities, we provide students with real‑world experience and a clear pathway into the American job market.

Our internship network welcomes professionals in IT, accounting, engineering, marketing, management, and public relations from institutions such as Virginia Tech, Ohio State, and West Virginia University. Interns are assigned to our Corporate Office, Global Marketing Office, or manufacturing facilities based on their academic focus, ensuring a comprehensive learning journey.

We also support student teams in the EcoCar 3 automotive engineering competition and host senior‑project visits at our Virginia plant. For example, undergraduates from Old Dominion University recently toured the facility, gaining hands‑on insight into compression molding and testing our composite materials.

We are proud to have offered full‑time positions to several graduates, supporting their career growth both within and beyond Mar‑Bal.
