RTI 2015 Milestones & 2016 Growth Outlook

I still recall the excitement of 1999, when our company—focused on tools—was among the fastest‑growing firms in Silicon Valley during the dot‑com boom. We rode the wave of the Internet age and learned early how transformative technology can be.

2015, though not as frenetic, proved to be a pivotal year for RTI. It marked our most successful sales and strategic push since the dot‑com era. Key highlights include:

• Sales Growth. Our expanded sales team delivered a 30% increase in revenue, comfortably surpassing our targets and reinforcing the appeal of our transparent, subscription‑based pricing.
• Industrial IoT Momentum. The Industrial Internet Consortium has created a vibrant market, and RTI is uniquely positioned to lead small‑company innovators in this space.
• Product Innovation. New features—advanced security, streamlined tools, efficient queuing, simplified installation, and rigorous safety certification—give us a competitive edge.
• Widespread Adoption. We now support roughly 1,000 applications across diverse sectors: surgical robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, emergency medical systems, automotive testing, imaging, communications, operating‑room integration, video sharing, grid control, cancer therapy, oil & gas, maritime, wind turbines, avionics, broadcast TV, air‑traffic control, SCADA, robotics, defense, and more.
• Thought Leadership. We have shared our journey through dozens of webinars, conferences, and trade shows, including the highly regarded “Inside Story: GE Healthcare’s IIoT Architecture.”

Looking ahead to 2016, we anticipate another robust growth cycle. With new Service Delivery Partners such as Tech Mahindra, we will offer a more comprehensive solution, elevate product quality, and expand coverage to meet our customers’ demanding use cases.
