Introducing the DMG DMF 360 Linear 5‑Axis Machine: Our Most Advanced Tool Yet

On Friday, October 2, we welcomed the DMG DMF 360 Linear 5‑Axis into our machine shop. This machine marks a milestone for our company—it is the first 5‑axis machining centre that will handle everything from high‑volume production to bespoke, large‑scale 5‑axis projects, thanks to its impressive 141‑inch X‑axis travel.

Below you’ll see the moment we unwrapped the machine and the logistical effort required to bring it into our facility. Two large cranes lifted the CNC from its shipping crate, and our team then carefully positioned it in the shop for installation.

Introducing the DMG DMF 360 Linear 5‑Axis Machine: Our Most Advanced Tool Yet

We are excited about the new capabilities the DMF 360 offers our customers: tighter tolerances, reduced setup times, and the ability to produce complex geometries that were previously out of reach.

Our seasoned operators will soon begin training on the DMF 360, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and precision that our clients expect.
