DIN 1725‑2 Grade 3.2582 F – Premium GD‑AlSi12 Eutectic Alloy for Corrosion‑Resistant, Fatigue‑Loaded Cast Parts
GD-AlSi12 is a not hardenable eutectic alloy with excellent filling casting ability and high hot cracking resistance with high chemical resistance. It is especially applicable for higher loaded corrosion resistant and fatigue-strength cast pieces. Application: parts of machines, impact and fatiguing loaded parts, cylinder head, engine, crank and pump cases, impeller, rip bodys, thin-walled cases, difficult blocks and plates
