Trinks Inc. Acquires Hull Industries to Expand Plastic & Composite Processing Solutions
Hull Industries (New Britain, Pa., U.S.), manufacturer of plastic and composite processing equipment, has been acquired by Trinks Inc. (Green Bay, Wis., U.S.), formerly known as LMG. The two companies have had a friendly history and Trinks Inc. plans to combine the product lines.
“[Trinks Inc.’s] history of experience and application knowledge, will assure Hull products continue to be a part of a strong solution for several industries,” says president of Hull Industries, Philip Chant.
Hull Industries, founded in the 1950’s, designs and manufactures a wide range of standard and custom equipment and systems for plastics processors ranging from 10 tons to 4000 tons. Trinks Inc. is a complete innovative solutions provider in hydraulic compression, transfer, vacuum presses along with automated turnkey systems. The fast-growing company has become a market leader in building presses as well as services such as retrofits and rebuilds.
