5 Essential Steps for a Successful Multi‑Site CMMS Implementation
Before beginning a multi-site CMMS roll-out, set the stage for success with these five preparatory steps:
- Ensure you have stakeholder support at both the corporate and site level.
- Construct a vision for your CMMS. Work with your Implementation Specialist to identify the success criteria for each site (and how to consistently measure and track those criteria).
- Collaborate with your Implementation Specialist to build process workflows that support the vision.
- Plan to have data gathered, reviewed, and ready to import at the start of each site implementation.
- Continuous improvement: Once the sites have implemented their CMMS, partner with your Customer Success Manager to review progress on a quarterly basis, checking the vision and success criteria and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
