Azima DLI Unveils WATCHMAN Reliability Portal 2.0 – Advanced Hosted Solution for Machine Condition Monitoring
On October 14, global condition‑monitoring leader Azima DLI launched WATCHMAN Reliability Portal 2.0, a next‑generation, hosted platform that gives plants unparalleled flexibility and remote access to enhanced machine‑data analysis.
The new portal supports both in‑house and outsourced monitoring programs, enabling real‑time insights from any modern web browser while maintaining rigorous data security and compliance.
In partnership with Australian distributors CBC Bearings and BSC Motion Technology, the portal now powers expert data analysis and reporting, opening fresh technical and engineering service opportunities for Azima DLI’s partners.
Multiple Subscription Models Provide Greater Flexibility and Value
The portal is offered in two subscription models, each designed to maximize ROI and operational efficiency:
Portal Web Subscription – Ideal for outsourced programs, this cloud‑based database delivers real‑time visibility into machine health. Clients can monitor acquisition performance, track fault progression, print condition reports, and seamlessly access linked thermography, motor, battery, and compressor analyses.
Portal Analysis Subscription – For in‑house programs, plants integrate the portal with Azima DLI’s ExpertALERT Enterprise software in a hosted environment. Analysts leverage powerful analytics, share findings with stakeholders, and benefit from zero on‑premise IT costs, unlimited support, and nightly data backups.
“With greater deployment flexibility, we have created solutions that are well suited for customers at any stage of their condition‑monitoring journey,” said Jonathan Hakim, president of Azima DLI. “The new WATCHMAN Reliability Portal also fuels new revenue streams for partners like CBC and BSC, enhancing their value proposition.”
The WATCHMAN Reliability Portal 2.0 is part of Azima DLI’s broader WATCHMAN Reliability Services suite. The company will showcase the new portal at the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) 17th Annual Conference, October 19‑22 in St. Louis, Mo.
