Lathrop Trotter Welcomes Experienced System Sales Engineer John V. Brown to Northern Ohio & Northeastern Indiana

Lathrop Trotter is pleased to welcome John V. Brown as our new System Sales Engineer, covering Northern Ohio and Northeastern Indiana. In this role, John will partner with customers to assess existing systems, uncover improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable, results‑oriented solutions that enhance plant safety and operational efficiency.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the heavy metals sector, John specializes in maintenance and operational excellence. He has a proven track record of helping facilities replace aging or obsolete equipment with cost‑effective, reliable solutions that ensure long‑term performance.
John’s collaborative style means he takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges, working closely with both customers and supplier partners to achieve optimal outcomes. His expertise aligns with Lathrop Trotter’s mission to improve industrial efficiency, extend equipment life, and foster continuous improvement.
Residing in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and three children, John also has four additional children across Ohio, one of whom is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, he enjoys family sports, fishing, and golfing.
