Since joining Monroe Engineering on July 21, 2020, Sam has revitalized the Warsaw store, turning it from a struggling location into a model of operational excellence and customer focus.

With deep expertise in fasteners and hardware and a proven track record in sales, Sam applied Monroe’s One Monroe core values to inspire his team, streamline processes, and elevate service standards. His leadership has not only driven sales growth but also fostered a culture of accountability and teamwork.
