Nuvo-7160GC: Rugged GPU‑PC Delivering 6 TFLOPS, 120 W GPU Support and 4K Output for Machine Vision, VR, and Automation
Acceed’s Nuvo‑7160GC is a rugged, GPU‑enabled industry PC that delivers up to 6 TFLOPS of compute power while supporting 120 W graphics cards such as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. Built on Intel’s 8th‑generation Coffee Lake CPUs, it offers flexible I/O – six gigabit Ethernet ports (four PoE‑capable), four USB 3.1 Gen 2, four USB 3.1 Gen 1, a mezzanine interface, PCI/PCIe slots and a mini‑PCIe slot. The chassis, a fan‑less aluminium alloy enclosure, tolerates temperatures from –25 °C to +60 °C, making it ideal for production, automation and smart‑building deployments.
The Nuvo‑7160GC can be tailored to any application. Users can choose from a range of 8th‑generation Intel processors, up to 32 GB DDR4 SDRAM, dual 2.5″ SATA drives (RAID‑0/1/5/10 supported), an M.2 NVMe or Intel Optane slot, and optional mezzanine cards for serial, LVDS, CAB, DTIO or memory expansion.
Adding a discrete GPU frees the CPU for other workloads and unlocks the CUDA architecture for parallel processing. Applications in machine vision, intelligent video monitoring, process analytics, data visualisation and simulation see a dramatic performance lift. Acceed can supply a list of supported GPUs, including higher‑end options, upon request.
The board’s patented expansion cassette can host PCI or PCIe cards or be pre‑configured with a heat‑spreader, PoE, USB 3.0 and an independent graphics card. Mini‑PCIe cards with SIM slots can be mounted inside or on the rear panel. Acceed offers turnkey, fully‑assembled systems in any volume.
Video output includes standard DVI‑D and VGA, plus a universal 4K2K port that supports resolutions up to 4096 × 2304 px, ensuring crystal‑clear visualisation for VR and high‑definition monitoring.
With built‑in protection against ESD and voltage spikes, the Nuvo‑7160GC delivers the durability and versatility that industries demand for graphics‑intensive workloads— from production control and security to logistics, robotics, traffic monitoring and beyond.
