Stefan Ferber
Stefan Ferber has served as Chairman of the Executive Board at Bosch.IO (formerly Bosch Software Innovations GmbH) since January 1, 2018. In this role, he oversees product development, business development, sales & marketing, as well as HR, finance & controlling, ensuring a unified strategy across the organization.

What makes a day successful for you?
A day is successful when I inspire someone and, in return, they inspire me. I also value the moment I learn something new and significant.
What frustrates you the most?
Bureaucracy – rules that are applied without considering the broader context.
Do you lean towards workaholism or work‑life balance?
I’m passionate about technology and enjoy deepening my understanding of it. Yet, family is paramount. As soon as I head home, I switch off work mode to devote time to my loved ones.
Which quality do you value most in a colleague?
Responsibility. I value colleagues who use their unique skills thoughtfully for the benefit of our company.
Do you have a hidden talent?
Without software, I’d likely be a carpenter. When I need a break, you’ll probably find me in my cellar workshop.
