Honeywell Partners with Dover Energy Automation to Launch IIoT Ecosystem for Industrial Safety and Efficiency

Honeywell and Dover Energy Automation have announced a strategic partnership to build an integrated Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) ecosystem. The collaboration aims to elevate safety, efficiency, and reliability across industrial operations.

Dover brings deep expertise in condition monitoring and asset optimization, while Honeywell contributes strengths in data consolidation, cybersecurity, and software development. Together, they will deliver a comprehensive IIoT platform that addresses challenges that were previously difficult to solve.

The partnership will generate a larger, unified data set that empowers manufacturers to deploy advanced analytics, uncover granular insights, and scale data solutions for both single‑site and enterprise‑wide deployments. Access to a broader pool of data experts will further enhance monitoring and analysis capabilities.

"We are excited to create an unparalleled partnership with Honeywell that will leverage our expertise in intelligent productivity tools and condition monitoring," said Ali Raza, President of Dover Energy Automation. "With our support, we will help Honeywell’s IIoT ecosystem minimize unplanned shutdowns, maximize output, reduce safety risk, and optimize supply‑chain strategies for our customers."

Dover Energy Automation markets its products under several brands, including Windrock for monitoring and analytics of rotating and reciprocating equipment, Quartzdyne downhole pressure transducers, and the Well Site Automation suite for onshore well performance optimization.

"A robust ecosystem is essential for successfully implementing an effective IIoT solution," said Andrew Hird, Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Process Solutions’ digital transformation business. "Dover’s domain expertise in equipment condition monitoring and asset integrity management is superior and makes them an important partner in a differentiated ecosystem of collaborators that provide expertise for our customers."

Honeywell, a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader, serves customers worldwide with aerospace products and services, control technologies, turbochargers, and performance materials.
