Seven months ago, my commute grew from a quick 10‑minute drive to a three‑fold journey. With more time on the road, I sought productive ways to use the extra minutes. Podcasts answered that need.

I’ve listened to dozens of episodes covering personal finance, goal setting, marketing, engineering, and the Industrial Internet of Things. If a subject sparks your curiosity, there’s likely a podcast for it. That realization sparked an idea: RTI should host its own podcast.

RTI offers a wealth of written resources—whitepapers, case studies, webinars—primarily in text. Transforming these into audio would let users absorb complex topics during commutes or meetings, making deep learning more accessible.

Beyond converting existing content, the podcast will feature interviews with our customers and industry experts. These conversations reveal how leaders build and scale distributed systems, manage remote teams, and navigate market trends—insights that extend far beyond pure technology.

After four months of development—12 interviews, extensive editing, and meticulous production—I’m thrilled to unveil The Connext Podcast.
