CWs Carbon Fiber Conference 2020 Goes Virtual: Join the Online Event

CompositesWorld announced on Aug. 19 that the 2020 iteration of its annual Carbon Fiber conference, originally scheduled to take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, U.S., will be presented entirely digitally, online. The digital version of the conference, called Carbon Fiber NOW, will be presented Nov. 17-19.

“The Carbon Fiber Conference is and always has been a high-value industry event,” says Scott Stephenson, director, strategic initiatives and events for CompositesWorld. “The main objective is to provide attendees with timely, valuable, current market and technical information through high-level presentations, panel discussions, as well as valuable networking opportunities. After carefully weighing many options, we have decided to hold a digital event that we feel will uphold these same values. This new, digital event, aptly named Carbon Fiber NOW will be a new opportunity to provide the same standard of information that we feel the Carbon Fiber Conference has been known to provide for more than 20 years.”

This platform will allow the conference to host live presentations, much like a webinar, where registered attendees will interact with speakers through Q&A sessions. The conference also will host multiple speakers on camera for panel discussions and interviews.
