SMI Composites Nominated for Georgia Manufacturer of the Year Award
The 25th Anniversary of Manufacturing Appreciation Week (MAW) took place from April 15‑18, 2019. The event was launched by the Technical College System of Georgia and the Georgia Department of Economic Development to honor local manufacturers.
MAW offers three award categories: Large (500+ employees), Medium (150‑500 employees), and Small (150 or fewer employees). To qualify, companies must demonstrate sustained economic growth in their community and a commitment to workforce excellence.
