EN 10270-2 Grade TDC: Oil‑Quenched & Tempered High‑Carbon Steel Wire
The round, oil hardened and tempered carbon steel wire TDC with medium fatigue strength and low tensile strength is used mainly for torsion loaded springs (tension and compression springs). It will be delivered in rings, in coils or as bars and, if not otherwise arranged, thin oiled.
