EN 10263-4: Grade 19MnB4 Steel – Annealed for Spheroidized Carbides (AC)
The cold-upsettable steel 19 MnB 4 can be cold-formed in rolling-hard condition with a low to medium forming rate and in the heat-treated conditions GKZ and K+GKZ+K with a high forming degree. It is used in the un-annealed condition for hexagon screws and hexagon socket head cap screws of the strength class 8.8 in the small and medium dimension range. In the annealed condition it can be used for difficult molded parts.
