The V650 Flex offers a generous 20" x 20" x 23" build volume, an X/Y resolution of 0.0005" and a minimum layer thickness of 0.002". Its adjustable laser beam width ranges from 0.005" to 0.030", allowing operators to fine‑tune speed versus resolution. Unlike earlier Stratasys SLA lines, the V650 Flex is an open‑material platform: any 355 nm curable resin can be used, and four pre‑set material profiles—developed in partnership with DSM SOMOS—are available out of the box. Interchangeable vats and multiple vat sizes further optimize material usage and production efficiency.
