Sprayon & Krylon Launch ‘Real Men of Maintenance’ Contest to Honor Industrial Professionals

Sprayon Products and Krylon Industrial are proud to announce the “Real Men of Maintenance” contest, a new initiative that celebrates the dedication and expertise of industrial maintenance professionals.

The promotion will accept nominations from July 2 to September 30. The top three winners—determined by public vote and the strength of their nomination stories—will receive a $2,500 Bass Pro Shops gift card and a year’s supply of Sprayon and Krylon Industrial maintenance products for their facility.

Nominees are asked to submit an online written story that highlights why they deserve the award. Stories should describe a specific problem they solved with ingenuity, showcase daily best‑practice habits or continuous‑improvement initiatives, and illustrate a comprehensive skill set, unwavering safety focus, proven leadership, and an outstanding work ethic.

All entries will be reviewed for compliance with the official rules. Approved nominations will be posted on the contest website for public voting. Every nominee will receive a complimentary T‑shirt while supplies last.
