How Fiix Integrates Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity into Every Layer of Our Business

At Fiix, we’re committed to building an organization where everyone feels respected, empowered, and able to bring their authentic selves to work. Our journey toward a truly inclusive and equitable workplace is guided by clear goals, measurable progress, and collaboration across all levels of the company.
Our 2021 DIBE Roadmap
- Increase the representation of women and employees from racialized backgrounds.
- Launch a comprehensive education and training program for every team member.
- Align our Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity (DIBE) strategy with that of our parent company, Rockwell Automation.
To achieve these objectives, we actively broaden the talent pool that recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders consider. Hiring panels have been diversified to ensure we evaluate skill and fit while meeting our DIBE targets.
Education & Empowerment
We believe informed leadership is the cornerstone of a safe and productive workplace. All employees gain access to Crescendo, an interactive learning platform that covers implicit bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence. Monthly Crescendo Conversations provide a dedicated space for discussions on allyship, anti‑Asian discrimination, and other pressing topics.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our ERGs—focused on mental wellness, Black inclusion, LGBTQ+ education, and women/non‑binary professionals in tech—serve as vital hubs for community building and organizational learning. By the end of 2021, we aim to merge our ERG initiatives with those of Rockwell Automation, creating a unified, diverse network across both companies.

Quarterly Focus Areas
- Education & Training – In Q3, we’ll deepen leadership training on implicit bias and enhance user engagement with Crescendo’s new, customizable platform.
- Recruitment – We’re refining our hiring process, adding methods such as the two‑and‑two technique to strengthen diverse talent pipelines.
- ERGs & Engagement – As our ERGs expand, we’ll collaborate with Rockwell Automation’s groups, sharing insights and fostering a stronger sense of belonging for all employees.
As the year progresses, we’ll continue to integrate Rockwell Automation’s DIBE framework, ensuring that Fiix evolves into an even more inclusive and equitable organization.
