1530 ATC Rotary CNC Machine Delivered to Erenhot, Mongolia – A Multi‑Material Woodworking Solution

We are proud to announce the arrival of a 1530 ATC Rotary CNC Machine at our client’s factory in Erenhot, Mongolia. The machine, sourced from Jinan Blue Elephant CNC Machinery, was selected after the customer reviewed our product line and recognized its suitability for his diverse production needs.

His workshop specializes in furniture manufacturing, but also handles stone and aluminum components, as well as flat panels and structural columns. To meet this range, we recommended an ATC system capable of automatically switching between eight distinct tooling options, cutting down tool change time and boosting throughput on intricate designs.

While CNC machines excel at wood carving and cutting, working with harder materials can cause tool wear and breakage. That’s why the unit is equipped with a built‑in water‑cooling spray and reservoir. The spray keeps tools cool during stone and aluminum passes, and the collected water is drained to keep the work area clean.

The 300 mm rotary head expands the machine’s capability to mill cylindrical parts—ideal for table legs, chair posts, and other round profiles.

After careful packing, the machine has been shipped to Erenhot and is on its way to the factory via inland transport. We are confident that this multifunctional solution will empower our client to expand production, improve quality, and capture new market opportunities.
