The PPOC-M series of high performance, low noise piston pumps from Vickers is suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications. The pump design offers an extremely high level of reliability and efficiency for a wide range of applications. These include chemical processing, oil and gas production, power generation and many other markets that require high flow rates with minimal pressure drop. The pumps are available with discharge heads ranging from 20 to 300 mm (0.8 to 12 in.) and will operate over a wide range of pressures. The standard operating temperature range is -40 to +150ºC (-40 to 302ºF) but they can be designed to operate in temperatures up to +250ºC (+480ºF) if required by the customer.

These pistons pumps feature a ball valve style delivery head design which provides better sealing than standard flange designs for higher pressures. These products also feature an internal bypass valve that allows the pump to be operated by any one of its three ports; this allows flexibility when using multiple pumps together on one system or when using accessories such as flow meters or valves which may require connection directly into the discharge port.

The PPOC-M series is a single stage, high pressure, positive displacement piston pump with an integral hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor is mounted on the end of the pump body and coupled by means of a gear box to drive the internal pump mechanism. The gear box allows for speed adjustment from 10 to 90 RPM, which helps to ensure optimum performance at all times.

The PPOC-M series pumps are available in many different configurations including single port or double port versions with either electrical or pneumatic controls. They can be configured with various ports including discharge ports, suction ports, dump valves and other options as required by our customers’ requirements.

The Vickers PPOC-M Series pumps are available in single stage, two stage and three stage configurations. The single stage configuration uses a single piston while the two and three stage configurations use double pistons or triple pistons respectively. All compressors are equipped with a pressure relief valve (PRV) to prevent over pressurization of the system.
