What do you like about working for Monroe? I appreciate Monroe’s philanthropy and generosity.
What is one thing you love about your job? Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create the ideal caster for each application.
If you could add one thing to your office, what would it be? A third monitor at my desk—just kidding!
Before Monroe, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have ever had? I once worked in a pasta‑making facility, manually cracking 1,000 eggs each morning.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Pizza
If you were an animal, what would you be? Cat
Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I’m not sure I have a hidden talent.
What is one song you have completely memorized? Seasons in the Sun
What is one totally irrational fear that you have? When I hear an ambulance siren, I instantly check on my two older sons who drive—concerned it might be one of them.
Any favorite line from a movie? Leave the gun, take the cannoli.
Best vacation you have been on? A two‑week trip to Turkey at age 21.
Least favorite food? Liver
Do you have a motto or personal mantra? Keep on smiling.
What are your three most overused words/phrases? Clean up! (my daughter); Superfluous (my husband); 'I will vomit up a hot piece of coal' (when something unpleasant is presented).
What is an ability you wish you had? Teleportation
What is one thing on your bucket list? Taking my friends to Germany for the hometown fair.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Gardening, working out, walking, kayaking, singing, swimming, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
What is your favorite sport or sports team? None. Soccer was the reason I left Germany, but I enjoyed watching local teams.
Would you rather be a tiny elephant or a giant hamster? Tiny elephant.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Go on an extended vacation with family and anyone who wants to join.
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet? My paternal grandfather whom I never met.
