The Bavarian connector manufacturer ept has once again earned top honors in the Bishop & Associates customer satisfaction survey, finishing in second place in the European rankings for the fifth consecutive year and outperforming its 2017 results.
The survey, administered by Bishop & Associates, evaluates the world’s 30 leading connector makers. It relies on a comprehensive questionnaire that gathers feedback from more than 300 European OEMs, contract equipment manufacturers (CEMs), and distributors across diverse industry segments. Across all measured categories, ept consistently ranks within the top five. It earned the top spot in three categories and secured overall second place. Customers praised the company’s technical support—highlighting deep expertise, rapid problem resolution, and competitive pricing—as well as its product quality, sales support, customer service, and hassle‑free sampling. ept also excelled in processing time for new connector designs and delivery reliability.
