Lanner Secures PTCRB Certification for LTE‑Ready Edge Gateways, Enhancing IoT & SD‑WAN Connectivity

Lanner Electronics has announced that its LTE‑Ready Edge Gateway now holds PTCRB certification for 4G/LTE wireless communications. This milestone confirms the device’s full interoperability with North American service providers, giving operators and device manufacturers confidence in its reliability and performance.

The LEC‑2580P is a PTCRB‑certified gateway that combines a high‑performance processor, flexible storage, scalable expansion, and a rich array of I/O and networking interfaces. Designed as an all‑in‑one solution, it excels in Industry 4.0 verticals—including machine vision and intelligent transportation—providing robust, edge‑centric connectivity.

For applications where space is at a premium, Lanner’s NCA‑1210 delivers a compact, desktop‑sized appliance that carries the same PTCRB certification. Its certified wireless capabilities make it ideal for IoT edge deployments, wireless security, and multi‑office management scenarios.

Lanner’s NCS2‑MINIPCIE02 carrier module offers two mini‑PCIe slots for 4G/LTE and Wi‑Fi modules, enabling devices with a Gen2 PCIEx8 interface to operate as mobile routers and gateways. Additionally, the PGEN‑300 4G LTE KIT is currently advancing through PTCRB certification, further expanding Lanner’s portfolio of certified solutions.

By aligning its products with industry standards, Lanner demonstrates its commitment to delivering dependable, certified connectivity solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern digital infrastructure.
