Axiomtek’s new IPS960‑511‑PoE is a fully integrated vision controller engineered for machine‑vision workloads. It delivers the performance of a multi‑core Intel processor, the convenience of PoE, and a suite of real‑time I/O that lets developers build inspection systems without a bulky rack.

The board is powered by an LGA1151‑socket 7th‑ or 6th‑generation Intel Core or Celeron CPU (max 65 W) paired with the Intel H110 chipset. Two DDR4‑2133/2400 SO‑DIMM slots support up to 32 GB of memory, while the platform offers four IEEE 802.3at PoE LAN ports, four USB 3.0 ports, and a dedicated Real‑time vision I/O header for triggers, LED control, camera sync and conveyor encoder input.

Because inspection lines run in harsh conditions, the IPS960‑511‑PoE is IP40‑rated and operates from –10 °C to +55 °C. Its compact 3‑inch‑by‑5‑inch chassis and front‑panel connector bundle—Gigabit LAN, PoE, USB, VGA, HDMI, 3‑pin terminal, audio—make it easy to fit into tight spaces. One 2.5‑inch hot‑swap HDD slot allows users to store large image libraries or test data locally.

Optional I/O modules extend flexibility: AX93511 (4‑port RS‑232/422/485), AX93516 (4‑port isolated RS‑232/422/485), AX93519 (GbE + USB + RS‑232/422/485), or AX93512 (isolated RS‑232/422/485 + 8‑in/8‑out DIO). Each module plugs into a single I/O slot on the board.
