In early April, DUAGON‑MEN‑GROUP announced the full acquisition of Sydney‑based OEM Technology Solutions, reinforcing its position as a global leader in rail communication, control and computing solutions.

OEM Technology Solutions (www.oem.net.au) specialises in control and automation products for the worldwide railway market. Their portfolio includes high‑performance controllers, I/O products and gateways, as well as cloud‑based diagnostic and Condition‑Based Monitoring (CBM) software. These solutions enable owners, operators, train builders, maintainers and subsystem suppliers to gather critical data, optimise availability and reduce maintenance costs.

The acquisition empowers DUAGON‑MEN‑GROUP to deliver integrated, end‑to‑end rail technology. The group will invest further in its R&D Centre in Sydney, while OEM’s headquarters will double as a sales and support hub for DUAGON‑MEN‑GROUP products across Australia and the Asia‑Pacific region. Global support will be provided through existing service centres in Switzerland, Germany, China, France and the United States.
