DIN 1652-3 Grade 20MnCrS5 Cold-Drawn Steel – Superior Strength & Machinability
The steel 20 MnCrS 5 in opposite to 20 MnCr 5 is used for larger parts with higher core strength and better machinability in the vehicle and mechanical engineering (e.g. gearboxes, joint parts, gears, bolts). The lowest application amounts to -25 °C, the best application up to 80 mm nominal size.
