EN 10269 X7CrNiMoBNb16-16: Warm‑Worked & Precipitation‑Hardened High‑Temperature Steel

Hardenable austenitic high-temperature steel with boron addition for an increase of thermal resistance and creep behavior as well as for neutron absorption. Thermal resistance up to 650 °C, scaling resistance up to 750 °C Application for screws and nuts, steam and gas turbines and in chemical industry for high-stress components, such as screws, shafts, spindles, valves, in reactor engineering. Further application for mounting elements at increased temperatures.
