Durapur 3520: Premium 100CrMnSi6-4 Steel for High-Performance Rolling Bearings

Heat Treatment

Normalizing 860-890°C (Air), Soft annealing: 740-790°C, Stress Relieving: 600-650°C (Air), Quenching: 830-870°C (Oil, Polymer)

Hot forming

It is formable at 850-1100°C should then cooled more slowly or in still air.

Processing history

Quenched and Tempered

Welding

It is not weldable.
