DIN 17103 Grade TStE 285: Normalized or Normalized Formed Steel for Low‑Temperature Applications
The fine grained steel TStE 285 is used for welded constructions of different kind like pressure vessels, stationary or mobile storage tanks, high pressure lines, bridge and support constructions etc. The application temperature of the tough at subzero temperatures grade amounts to -50 °C.
