Hahn Automation Strengthens Leadership with New CRO and COO

Hahn Automation, headquartered in Rheinböllen, Germany, and with U.S. operations in Windsor, Conn., has expanded its executive team by appointing Philipp Klaschka as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Jörg Kilb as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Both leaders will report directly to CEO Frank Konrad and support the company’s 800+ employees across 11 sites in eight countries.

As COO, Kilb will oversee day‑to‑day operations, spearhead the integration of international subsidiaries, and drive efficiencies across processes and systems. He began his career with Hahn Automation in Rheinböllen after completing studies at TU Kaiserslautern, and most recently served as Division Director for the Assembly & Test division of the HAHN Group.

In his role as CRO, Klaschka will lead sales, service, and project‑management functions. Prior to joining Hahn, he held senior positions at Festo AG, Deloitte Consulting, and Norma Group, and spent three years in Asia and 11 years in the U.S. He was instrumental in launching Hahn’s Chinese subsidiary and later became CEO of the U.S. unit.
