DIN 1652-3 Grade 17Cr3: Cold-Drawn, Turned, Soft-Annealed Steel for High-Wear Applications
The steel 17 Cr 3 is used for high wear loaded smaller parts in the vehicle and mechanical engineering (e.g. camshafts, piston pins, cylinder). The lowest application amounts to -25 °C, the best application up to 25 mm nominal size.
